		<description>Hi Vilma,

Thought I'd stop by and see how you were doing and it looks like you are doing well. I would say that it's almost impossible for our hearts to be in this journey 100% of the time, but one thing that might help is to look at your goals again and remember why you want them. I think you wanted to be healthier so you could have a child? That's a biggie!

I like your plan on the goal snowball, start with smaller goals, master them, work up. That's what I'm doing these days. Just trying to get back to healthy eating, which mostly I am doing, but not always 5 meals per day, sigh.

Anyway, a friend of mine was saying she needed to lose weight, but couldn't find any motivation. I think sometimes you just have to keep the snowball rolling and follow the goals. I think it was Tom Venuto who said you need goals you are passionate about, so that you strive for them.

Have a good evening... I need to sign off and get to bed earlier for a change.

		<description>Hi Vilma,

Good luck and great job sticking with it. I feel your pain with regards to the late night snacking. That's my biggest challenge as well. It's amazing how hungry I feel at night and really annoying to know that I'm full but still want to eat.

I've been doing low-carb for the last week as part of my diet and I can feel the urge to consume junk food reducing. I've read that as you come off carbs, your "need" for them is reduced as well. I'll let you know how that goes.

Keep it up, I need the competition for our bet.
