TOTAL Weight Lost: 11 pounds
So… there it is. Not much of a difference again… Gotta go back and analyze me eating & exercise patterns for this past week and tweak were there needs to be tweaking…

Here is my Day 48 recap:
- 8.5 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- Volleyball w/ hubby
- TOTAL time - 45 minutes
- TOTAL calories burned -428 calories
- Steps walked - 8,053
- Water - 6 (32 oz bottles) = 192 oz.
- Eating - good
- 40% carbs
40% protein
20% fat - Today is low calorie day (30 % below TDEE/1758 calorie goal)

Thank You. I still struggle with the “quick-fix” mentality & want to see results SOON & very fast. I know that i’ve come a long ways from where I was… but I still have lots and lots of more work to do.
