(NOT good!) - Exercise for the day- Step Aerobic Circuit Training, Ab/Pilates, Basketball
- TOTAL time - 1:13
- TOTAL calories burned - 708
- 9464 steps walked (2:14:07)
- Water- Good! about 4 (16.9 oz.) & 4 (32 oz. bottles) = 195.6 OZ.
- Eating- GOOD
- Breakfast- 2 egg whites, 1 egg, 1 slice of turkey breast, 1 serving of oatmeal, 1 cup papaya, 5 strawberries
- Snack - Apple, 2 TBSP sliced oven roasted almonds
- Snack - 1 Go Lean Crunch Bar
- Lunch - 3.5 oz. Alaskan Salmon, 2/3 cup of Edamame (soy beans)
- Dinner - Mother-in-law’s house (will try to eat as clean as I can)
