Week 5 - Day 29
Here is Day 29 recap:
- 6 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- OMG!!! My booty is already sore & it’s only been 1 hour since we finished our workout!!! We did some step aerobics for about 25 minutes, then lower-body training on the BOSU ball including squats, split lunges, some glutimus maximus work & abs. I’m loving this workout…
- TOTAL minutes- 1:02
- TOTAL calories burned- 625
- Exercise #2 - played volleyball w/ hubby
- TOTAL minutes - 45 min
- TOTAL calories burned - 525
- ? steps walked- couldn’t get my pedometer today… so i’ll ask again on Wednesday.
- Water- Good! about 10 (20 oz.) = 200
- Eating- GREAT!
- Breakfast - Hiber cereal, soy milk, 3 eggwhites, 1 egg, 1 turkey breast slice
- Snack - Yogurt
- Snack- Apple
- Lunch- 3/4 serving of chicken scallopini (295.92 cals)
- Dinner- 1 serving of EFL turkey meat loaf & 3/4 cup of organic green beans
- Dessert - Lite Cool Whip (90 cals)
