Week 4 Day 22
Here is Day 22 recap:
- 5 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- Circuit training (10 different stations, 1 minute each, cardio recovery minute after every two stations, repeated twice. Ab routine, streching, Basketball for about 30 minutes)
- TOTAL minutes:1:36:45
- TOTAL calories burned: 983
- 10,025 steps walked (2:23:40)
- Water- Good! about 10 (16.9 oz.bottles) = 169 oz.
- Eating- Good
- Breakfast- 1 serving of High Fiber cereal, light soy milk, 2 eggwhites & 1 egg , 1 cup of strawberries
- Snack - Kashi GOLean Crunchy Chocolate Almond Bar
- Lunch - Chicken salad w/ roasted almonds & 2 TBSP of lite italian dressing.
- Dinner - (having company, made lasagna, NOT eating it!!!
) Ok, ok… I did eat a small portion of lasagna & 1 enchilada. I also had a garden salad with roasted almonds before and after I ate the lasagna. - Dessert - 2 dark chocolate squares, 1/2 cup. of mixed dried cranberries & goji berries.
I’m feeling a little bit better from my weekend binge.
My body is still retaining water from all the sodium I consumed… but it’s a lot better than yesterday… The workouts were GREAT today! I finally shot some hoops… and I gotta say, I haven’t lost my touch. Well…. just a little bit. ![]()
