Week 3 Day 18 - recap
Very tired, so this will be short…
Here is Day 18 recap:
- 7 hours of sleep
- Calories burned- (Did two different workouts)
- Great Thighs Guaranteed, Turbo Jam 20 minute workout (afternoon)
- TOTAL time = 31:55 mins
- TOTAL calories burned = 243
- Upper body strength training with dumbells, incline walking on treadmill, 1 round of upper body circuit training (evening)
- TOTAL time = 55 minutes
- TOTAL calories burned = 383
- 6732 steps walked (1:37:57)
- Water- Very Good, More than 240 oz.
- Eating- Ok
- Breakfast- 2 egg whites, 1 egg, 1 cup of Kashi go lean cereal w/ light soymilk
- Snack - yogurt, plum
- Lunch - Wendy’s Mandarin Chicken salad w/roasted almonds did not eat the noodles and 3/4 of the dressing. (I just put a bit of the dressing for taste)
- Snack - groud turkey on a WW tortilla
- Dinner - Turkey burger w/ mozz cheese, 1 tsp of lite miracle whip and…. 1 serving of Lays sour cream and onion chips (17 chips - 160 calories) (My husband bought them) BAD Javi!!!
I was tempted to eat more… but I didn’t. I downed 20 refreshing oz. of water instead & waited 20 minutes. I wasn’t craving them after that. ![]()
