Hey TB. Thanks for visiting my blog. Your step count is amazing! It looks like I will have to be doing better with my steps because when I was "active" I was only getting in about 9,000 or less.

I stumbled upon your blog through John is Fit.
I wear a pedometer everyday as well. It really has kept me active. I strive for at least 10,000 and last month I had a daily average of over 12,000 steps. It really is easy.

Nice blog:)

WOW! 15,000! That's A LOT!!! I started counting my steps today and I just got in about 7000 without any exercise (just walking around at the mall & stuff). I will defenitely try to shoot for 15,000 but will keep my goal at 10000 for now. :D

Good for you, Vilma! I think you'll be surprised how easy it is to get 10,000 steps a day, especially since you seem to be on the go a LOT! I actually hit 15,000 one day last week, so I may make that my new goal for every day.
