		<description>I’ve just recently decided to get serious again.  I’ve planned out 10 intense days of exercising but haven’t set any goals yet.  Thanks for all the great ideas.  It’s time for me to do some planning.  I would love to fit into my size 8 jeans.  I’ll work on fitting into my size 10 first.</description>
