it took me a DECADE but I finally figured it out FOR ME.

I eat clean

99% of the time and that way I can eat a LOT.

the old scrambled egg beaters and oatmeal calories being more than, say, a minisnickers but better for ya so it doesnt matter!

lemmie k now if I can lend a hand at all...

I love food too! It's true that you could eat 2 Big Macs a day and lose weight if you burned more calories than they contained. (a calorie is a calorie) But when it comes to overall health, think what that would do to your arteries, cholesterol, etc. You can be thin and still not healthy!

I know I did my share of mistakes. To reward myself with a good workout I did the most obvious thing - I ate. But after 2 months of not losing weight, I had to think of something else to do as a reward

I LOVE food too! I think you can still enjoy it all, but the key is moderation. I also heard that your body craves excellence, so when you continue to eat healthy, your body will refuse to settle for less.

I dedicate my Saturday lunches to indulging in any food. I love Indian, Thai, Japanese and I love Middle Eastern food! (I'm biased

You can overeat a little as your post workout meal since your body needs to recover and build, but try not to go over 4-500 calories.

I'm sure you're doing awsome so keep it up!

It's a common mistake that when we're exercising, we overeat because we think we've done a good workout, so we can overeat.

Many people either don't lose weight or get stuck at a plateau thinking they are exercising, which is a good thing. But, as you've already found out, you can't use it as an excuse to eat more.....................:)

Keep up the good work.
