Brides Made Fit- THANKS for your comment... I will surely check out the forums! I have a goal of 4,000 for me since i'm a bit taller and it's just how much I usually burn anyway. Some weeks it's higher because I play a lot of baskeball and burn up calories like crazy!

Fitness Guy - THANKs for your comment as well. How did I feel? Does OUCH describe it? LOL! I was sore! My baskeball workouts are pretty grueling as well and i'm also lifting pretty heavy weights so I am definetely sore throughout the week. Yes, fast workouts are the best! I really don't have the time or desire to stay at the gym for 2 hours, so TT has been great for me. Snaking is and I think will always be a downfall for me, but I try to make them "healthy" and if at all possible, protein & fat.

Polar HR monitor has got to be the best fitness gadget i've bought so far. It keeps me in check and lets me know at all times how hard i'm working. If I fall below a certain "HR" number, I know that it's time to pick it up! This is the one that I have: http://www.polarusa.com/us-en/products/fitness_crosstraining/F11

Wow what a great writeup of what you got done this week. I am a big fan of doing weights to get in better shape and you really got that going. How did you feel going into the gym the second or third time for your workout? I used to dread going to the gym not because it took to much energy but just because my workouts took too long. nice fast workouts rock!

I am doing some snacking in the evening but when I cut it our completely after 7:30 I was sleeping better, had more energy during the day and was more focused on what i ate and when.

What is the Polar heart heart monitor? Does it work well?

Looks like you have a pretty organized and motivating program -- good luck! I think that's great you're using your Polar HRM. I always have a goal every week to clear 2,000 calories on mine (I'm a 4'11" female, 109 lbs.) It really keeps me excited and motivated for training. Let me know if you want to chat on my forum about the latest updates on your training. www.bridesmadefit.com/forum

PS- Love the site and the quote at the top!
