		<description>Vilma's Plan....I like it! It's a keeper! You know how I feel....everybody's metabolism, everybody's body, hormones, DNA, etc is unique, special, and fearfully and wonderfully made, and as such cannot be put into a box IMO. What works for one may not work for another, so don't for one second feel like something is wrong with you because this plan didn't produce the expected results. Listen to your body and do what works for you and screw all the supposed "scientific" rules (calories in, calories out my behind LOL!). You're doing a great job, have come so far, and inspired and continue to inspire others. Keep up the great work.
