I’m Famous…
At least on myspace I am.
So I’m looking at my myspace home page and I see an advertisement on the top right corner to lose 42 lbs with some diet product. And then I look at the girl, and I say to myself …
“Man, she looks familiar…”
So, I look closer and I realize that I’m staring at ME! Yeah. ME.
I was like…
“WHAT THE… ??!!”
”How the HECK did my picture get there!?”
Then I remember that I was featured as a weight loss success story last year… and I submitted that picture.
But come on, that’s false advertisement!
I didn’t lose 42 lbs. with Acai powder… it took a lot of hard work & sweat to be were I am today.
CRAZY!
Oh well…
I guess i’m totally famous now.

Lisa,
I tried looking for info, but I couldn’t find anything on the site…

That’s what a lot of the affiliate marketers do when they want to promote a weight loss product and dont have before and after pics….
they just search online for some good ones to use and copy them…
If you’re serious about it, Id write an email to MySpace and tell them to take it down.

Pirates are everywhere. Keep up the great work with your blogging.
I have started my fitness regime and it is going well. I plan to stay in shape this time and not let go. I met a 76 year young (old) lady who requested fitness training from me. She climbed a 6 foot tall fence to workout. She is world class in here age group. She throws the javelin, shot put, runs the 200 meters and a host of other events.
She inspired me to train and stay physically fit. There are no excuses.

That is crazy that they stole your pictures. I would do everything in my power to find that ad again and make sure they were reported. Definitely contact My Space about it. This could potentially ruin your rep if your info is at all linked to them.
But that would be quite the shock to see LOL

That’s blamed annoying… in a sort of complimentary way, LOL! Cool that they thought you were a great example of weight loss, not so cool they used your pictures without permission!
I would go ahead and contact MySpace as was suggested.
