I appriciate your feedback and support.  35 lbs of fat in 3 months IS pretty good, huh?  I guess being stuck for 3 weeks without seeing results brings me down... but Im re-evaluating everything right now and will most likely change things up since I think my body has already caught up and adjusted to my workouts...

		<description>Oh my gosh girl you are sooooo NOT a slow loser! I just looked at your stats and you've lost 35lbs of fat in the last 3 months! That's an average of almost 3lbs a week! That's awesome! Don't ever get discouraged, you are doing excellent and what works best for you.

It took me 6 months just to lose 25lbs ummmm, that's less than a pound a week (actually worse than that because 10 of the lbs I lost in 10 days on the Master Cleanse) so compared to me, you are absolutely a fast loser! I'm just starting to catch up!

You do you, you're awesome and and inspiration girly. You totally rock!
