Our little “road trip” came to an end on Saturday and I gotta say that it went pretty good!
I few slip up’s here and there… but overall a good Friday & Saturday.
Friday (Day 5)
Hours of sleep (?)
Calories burned- 337 “official” calories burned per my Heart Rate Monitor. I had mentioned that the hotel had a little gym and as soon as we arrived and checked in, we took out little butts over there for some cardio. I used the treadmill and walked at various inclines. I also did this walking backwards and got a really REALLY good leg & glute workout.
about 5000 steps walked
Water- didn’t really keep track but I know that I did not drink as much water as I wanted too. It’s really hard to drink as much water as I do without stoping every 30 minutes to find a restroom.
Eating- pretty clean:
- Breakfast- yogurt & apple
- Snack- 1 mozerella stick
- Lunch- Healthy Choice Fiesta Chicken Soup
- Snack- almonds, dried cranberries
- Dinner- Went out to eat- Chicken Fajita Salad
Saturday (Day 6)
Hours of sleep 7
Calories burned- nothing “official” but did do a lot of walking
# of steps walked ?
Water- didn’t really keep track but I know that I did not drink as much water as I wanted too.
Eating- pretty clean:
- Breakfast- yogurt & apple
- Lunch- Cajun Grill-Bourbon Chicken w/green beans.
- Dinner- Sweet 16- Marsala Chicken (3 0z) with mashed potatoes & veggies
- Dessert - vanilla ice cream (about 1/2 cup - took 2 bites of cake)
