Day 9 - recap
Today I felt pretty sluggish all morning. Very tired & sore!!! I napped for about 1.5 hours after hubby left for work. It was pretty smooth sailing after that. I almost didn’t go to the gym today because I started getting lazy, however, I am proud to say that I did go right after my night class finished & I had a really good cardio workout.
Here is day nine recap:
- 6 hours of sleep
- Calories burned- 45 min Run/Walk intervals @ various inclines (2.52 miles) = 446 calories burned
- 7177 steps walked (1:39:28)
- Water- alot!!! About 11 (20oz. bottles) = 220 oz.
- Eating- Very good!
- Breakfast- 2 eggwhites, 1 egg, 1 TBSP shredded cheese, 1 slice of turkey breast, 1 Kashi WW blueberry waffle)
- Snack- small apple, yogurt
- Lunch- 1 Turkey sandwich (2 slices WW bread, 3 turkey slices, 1 oz. mozz cheese, 1/2 avocado, tomato, cucumber), 1 serving of baked cheetos
- Snack- 1 fiber bar, 1 oz. mozeralla string cheese
- Dinner - 3 0z. chicken, 3/4 cup of brown rice
- Dessert - 1/4 cup of dried Goji berries
