Day 8 - recap
I’m feeling pretty good despite eating a whole pizza yesterday. The only bad thing is that i’m constipated… go figure. I gotta up my fiber intake and keep on drinking lots and lots of water!
Anyhow… here is day eight recap:
- 6 hours of sleep
- Calories burned- my trainer kicked my butt today!!! I’m already feeling the soreness. We did about 51 minutes of cardio weight training & worked on legs, shoulders, chest, back & biceps- all of this while keeping my HR at around 75%!!! After this I did the elleptical trainer for about 40 minutes & worked at about 85% HR. Total calories burned: 948!!!
- 5976 steps walked (1:24:22)
- Water- alot!!! About 11 (16 oz. bottles) = 176 oz.
- Eating- Very good!
- Breakfast- 3 eggwhites, 1 egg, 1 TBSP shredded cheese, 1 slice WW bread),
- Snack- 1 granola bar, yogurt
- Lunch- Healthy Choice Fiesta Chicken soup
- Snack- 1 orange, 1 mozerella stick
- Dinner - 3 0z. meat, lots of veggies (lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, celery) & 2 TBSP avocado
- Dessert - Half of a brownie cheesecake (155 calories)
Tomorrow is just a cardio day… will probaly go after my night class finishes.
Gotta get some sleep for now!
