Day 7 - recap (YUCK!!!)

I like driving at night.
I drove back from Tucson, and it went pretty smoothly. Exept for the bag of Habanero chips that I bought to keep me awake.
Yeah… yeah, I KNOW… BAD vilma!
Well, they acutally did keep me awake because they were sooo darn HOT & spicy!! I ended up eating a little more than half of the bag… about 600 calories. I also drank 2 cans of energy drinks which were about 10 calories each for a total of 20 calories. They were those full throttle sugar free ones.
Sunday I actually stayed within my calories range… but the food choice was not the wisest. I’m almost too embarrased to say this… but all I ate on Sunday was…. 1 Large Pepperonni Pizza from Little Ceasars & two squares of Dark Chocolate… total calories: about 1800, I THINK.
I looked up the nutritional value on the little ceasars website to find out how many calories each slice had. So here are the totals:
Through out the day I ate a total of 8 slices @ 210 calories = 1680 calories plus two squares of dark chocolate @ 52.5 each = 105 calories.
So… official intake of calories = 1785 calories.
Not bad, but I DO NOT recommend anyone to do this!!! This is NOT a healthy alternative to eating good and healthy food. My intake of sodium was a whopping 2320 mg which explains why I was still retaining water this morning. I drank water like crazy yesterday because I knew that I was eating way too much salt… I retain water easily, so this helped some in the bloating department. However, I will not be eating this much pizza in one day ever again. YUCK!!!
On a good note… I stepped on the scale this morning (Sunday-the day after my road trip) and I had lost 1 pound!!! YAY!!! ![]()
