Day 47 & the funeral of my mother…

was held, today May 11, 2007. My computer’s mother board finally gave up on me after 4+ years of going strong. I’m writing from my hubby’s computer at the moment and just wanted to let ya’ll readers know that I should be up and running again by Monday. For now, its back to the ‘ole paper and pencil deal. I’m writing everything that i’m eating & i’m hoping to stay within my calorie & ratio ranges. Tomorrow, Saturday is also my weigh in & measurement day and I will have those up on Monday as well.
My cardio today was just ok. Today was the 2nd day that I didn’t go to my CFP class - they were going to be swimming & doing water aerobics. Had some last minute personal things come up, so I was not able to make it. I wanted to go to the gym & do some hardcore HITT training on the elliptical but hubby asked if I could go play tennis with him, so I agreed and only burned about 300 something calories in 45 minutes It wasn’t very intense). My eating has been pretty clean, however, I don’t think that I hit my goal of 1758 calories today. I might have been lower. I’m extremely sore from my chest & bicep workout yesterday. Tomorrow it’s hamstrings, thighs & calves - my favorite!
Well, that’s it for now… ’till I get a new mother…..

Here is my Day 47 recap:
- 6.5 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- Tennis w/ hubby
- TOTAL time - 43:08 minutes
- TOTAL calories burned -359 calories
- Steps walked - 8,106
- Water - 6 (32 oz bottles) = 192 oz.
- Eating- tweaking my ratios just a bit… (Reading the Fat, Protein & Carbohydrate chapters in BFFM) so, starting today I will strive to keep my meal ratios to:
- 40% carbs
40% protein
20% fat - Today is low calorie day (30 % below TDEE/1754.19 calorie goal)
Meal Macro-nutrient Ratios: will update with ratios when I’m able to transfer them to my excel calculator
