		<description>Yes, yes, yes.  I am now figuring that out.  My high calorie day did not set me back one bit like I feared... still getting used to counting my ratios, but one day soon, it will be so automatic I will have it down in a heart beat!  I'm also more aware fo what i'm putting into my body.</description>
