Day 45
Here is my Day 45 recap:
- 6.5 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- really good CFP circuit/station training in the main gym (kinda reminded me of my old days of playing volleyball & basketball), played volleyball.
- TOTAL time - 1:05
- TOTAL calories burned -712 calories
- Steps walked - 7,037
- Water - 6 (32 oz bottles) = 192 oz.
- Eating- Trying to keep my meal ratios to:
- 40% carbs
35% protein
25% fat - Today is my 3rd low calorie day (1754.19 calorie goal)
Meal #1- 1 slice of bread w/smart balance butter, 4 egg whites, 1 egg, 1/2 grapefruit
Meal #2- Yogurt Almonds
Meal #3- Go Lean Cruch bar, string cheese, 1/2 grapefruit
Meal #4 - Chiken Fajitas (3 oz)
Meal #5 - Chicken Sandwich w/ Sunchips
Meal #6- ice cream bar
Meal Macro-nutrient Ratios
Protein- 26.8%
(I NEED to eat more protein!!!)
Carbohydrates- 40.8%
Fats- 36.8% (LESS fat!!!!!!)
TOTAL calories = 1645.25
** Tomorrow I eat at my maintenance level (TDEE) - 2505.98 calories!!! YIKES!!! I’m kinda scared to eat that many calories!!! How am I ever going to consume that much healthy food and still keep my ratios pretty decent?
Wel…. tomorrow I will find out.
