Here is my Day 44 recap:

- Exercise for the day- worked out with sister (1 mile walk on track, cardio on stationary bike & treadmill, weights)
- TOTAL time - 1:33
- TOTAL calories burned -654 calories
- Steps walked - 11,197
- Water - 6 (32 oz bottles) = 192 oz.
- Eating- Trying to keep my meal ratios to 40% carbs, 35% protein & 25% fat ratios. Today is my low calorie day (1754.19 calorie goal)
- Meal #1- Oatmeal, 5 eggwhites, 1 egg
- Meal #2- Go Lean Cruch bar, string cheese
- Meal #3- Chicken Fajitas, refried beans, sauteed vegetables w/ olive oil
- Meal #4 - Yogurt & Almonds
- Meal #5 - Turkey Chili w/ low fat cornbread muffins, sweet potato fries
- Meal #6- Turkey Chili w/ low fat cornbread muffins, ice cream bar
- Meal Macro-nutrient Ratios
- Protein- 28.7%
(I NEED to eat more protein!!!) - Carbohydrates- 43.3%
- Fats- 34.2% (WAY too much fat today!)
- TOTAL calories = 1775.56 (went just a bit over again!)
