Day 41 & 42
So… I finally cheated this weekend. BIG time. Ugghhh!
I ate some movie popcorn & a couple of slices of pizza on Saturday. Today, Sunday, was a much better & cleaner eating day.
My new nephew (from Javi’s side of the family) also made his 1st appearance into this world. WELCOME Jonathan!!!! and… congrats Joe & Isa. ![]()
I haven’t posted my updated stats & measurements yet… There was really no difference in inches lost this week besides my chest, ribcage & waist - TOTAL inches lost 1.25. My body fat % went down a bit also as well as my weight. I didn’t really give it my ALL this past week & I felt as though I was slacking in some parts of my training. For the 1st time in about a month and a half- I didn’t exercise for two days in a row (Saturday & Sunday). ![]()
And you know what… I missed it! I’m sooooo exited to start up again tomorrow.
Of course, as soon as I have time tomorrow I will post up the updated chart & measurements.
My goals for this week are:
- Get 30-40 minutes of cardio in every day this week
- Do 45 minutes of stregth training 3-4 times this week (lower & upper body)
- Eat 5-6 clean meals a day consisting of lean proteins, complex & fibrous carbohydrates and good fats (Keep my ratios at 40-35-25, carbs, protein & fats respectively)
Still working on those Long term/Short Term Goals…
