- Exercise for the day- CFP circuit training (jumpropes, football drills using steps, lunges, squats, pushup-cruches intervals etc…)

- Water- Good 5 (32 oz. bottles) = 160 oz.
- Eating- OK
- Breakfast- 3 egg whites, 1 egg, high fiber cereal & soymilk, apple
- Snack- 13 almonds, yogurt
- Snack- Fiber Bar
- Snack - Go Lean crunch bar
- Dinner - Taco Cabana (About 3 0z. of chicken fajitas, about 1/2 -3/4 cup of frijoles charros, LOTS of lettuce, pico de gallo, onions & cilantro, about 3-4 chips w/ quezo) I was surpised to find that Taco Caban fajitas were not loaded with fat like other restaurants. YAY!
- Snack - 2 servings of multi-grain Sun Chips
