- Snack- 1/4 cup almonds, yogurt
- Lunch- grilled chicken breast, edamame (soy beans), brown rice
- Snack - Go Lean crunch bar
- Dinner - grilled chicken breast, 1 red potato, 1 cup of mixed veggies
I am sooooo proud of myself! I’m noticing that my HR (heart rate) is rocovering A LOT faster and is not going as high anymore even when i’m working very very hard. My heart is getting strong as well & i’m soooooo happy.
