- Eating- Just OK- I was STARVING today!!!!!
- Breakfast- 1 triple berry/oatmeal protein shake
- Snack- Go Lean Crunch Bar
- Lunch- Chicken Fajita Burrito w/ green onions
- Dinner - Grilled chicken (marinaded in Mrs. Dash 10 minute marinade), 1 tomato, 1 red potato, onions
- Dessert - 1 Krunch lite ice-cream bar, 2 dark chocolate squares
- Snack - CHEESE!!! about 2-3 oz.
