- Exercise for the day- circuit training, played volleyball w/ hubby
- TOTAL minutes-1:55
- TOTAL calories burned - 1158
- 10,598 steps walked (2:32:57)
- Water- Good! about 10 (16.9 oz.) = 169 oz.
- Eating-
- Late Breakfast- 1 protein smoothie (about 350) cals
- Snack - plum
- Lunch- (Birthday celebration @ church) 1 & 1/2 pizza slices from pizza pros, 1 CC cupcake (200 calories)
- Dinner - 4 oz. Chicken breast, 1/3 cup of beans, 3/4 cup of green beans, 2 TBSP salsa
- Dessert -Crunch lite bar
- Snack - Baked Cheetos w/ hot sauce (2 servings)
