- Exercise for the day- Cardio & body resistance training out side on the track. Lifted weights (Biceps)
- TOTAL time = 52:36 min
- TOTAL calories burned = 607
- 8228 steps walked (1:56:29)
- Water- Good! about 4 (20 oz. bottles) & 7 (16.9 oz. bottles) = 198.3 oz.
- Eating- Good!
- Breakfast - High fiber cereal, soy milk, 2 egg-whites, 1 egg, 1 slice of turkey breast
- Snack - Yogurt, 1/4 cup of almonds
- Snack - Go Lean Crunch Bar
- Lunch- 4 0z of chicken breast, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/2 cup of brown rice
- Snack - 1 apple
- Dinner - 1 plum, Lean Cuisine Margherita Pizza (I added some extra onions & 1 slice of turkey breast (30 cals) to it)
