Day 28
Here is Day 28 recap:
- 8 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- walking with hubby
- TOTAL minutes: 43:17
- TOTAL calories burned: 270
- ? steps walked- lost my pedometer

- Water- Good! about 9 (16.9 oz.) = 152.1 oz.
- Eating- Just ok.
- No breakfast
- Lunch - Out to eat at Luby’s Cafeteria (Grilled chiken breast, green beans, fried okra, 4 green olives, spring salad w/1 tsp of italian dressing, 2 bites of hubby’s cheesecake)
- Snack- Kashi GoLean crunch bar
- Dinner (Cheat meal #2) - My parents came over & I made/ate chicken scallopini, garlic bread, & a piece of brownie cheesecake.
