Here is the rest of Day 27 recap:
- 8 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- no official exercise today did a couple of lunges, squats & push-up

- Water- Good! about 10 (16.9 oz.) = 169 oz.
- Eating-
- Late Breakfast- 1 protein smoothie (about 350) cals
- Snack - yogurt, almonds
- Snack- Kashi GoLean crunch bar
- Dinner (Cheat meal) -
- my sister in law’s baby shower (Had Brisket, 1/2 cup of frijoles charros, about 7 tostadas, 1/4 cup of macaroni salad, very small serving of cake & 1/4 cup of vanilla ice cream.)
I welcomed this day as my rest day… those water aerobics really had me tired & the weights & all the cardio that I did this past week as well. Tomorrow i’m planning to go to the gym to do a quick cardio workout & Monday I will start up with weights again…
It looks like i’m right on track on my fat/weight loss (about 2 lbs a week). I’m still losing inches and my clothes are fitting better and better each day. I want to start charting my calorie intake, so i’m working on a worksheet specifically for that. I want to do a type of zig-zag type of calorie intake (3 days low calories, 1 day high calorie) I might cycle my carbohydrates too… we’ll see.
