Day 26
Here is Day 26 recap:
- 5.5 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- Water aerobics
- Water- Good! about 10 (16.9 oz. bottles) = 169 oz.
- TOTAL minutes: 1 hour
- TOTAL calories burned: I didn’t have my HR monitor on so nothing “official” I did take my HR a couple of times during the exercises & it was well up in my 65%-70% range… so i’m guessing a good 350-400 calories
- Water- Good! about 10 (16.9 oz. bottles) = 169 oz.
- Steps walked = ? ( I lost my pedometer at the pool
… will have to get a new one on Monday) - Eating- Very good.
- Breakfast- 3 egg whites, 1 egg, High Fiber cereal, 8 oz. lite soymilk, 1 slice of canadian bacon
- Snack - Kashi GOLean Crunchy Chocolate Almond
- Lunch - 1 canadian bacon, ham & mozz cheese sandwich on Whole Grain bread. (3 slices of C.Bacon-60 cals; 1 cold cut turkey breast - 30 cals; 2 oz. of cheese (160 cals); lettuce; 2 Whole grain slices of bread.
- Dinner - 3 oz of chicken tostadas (mixed with red onions, red bellpepper, 1 tomato, cilantro.), 2 lite tostadas, 1/2 cup of Fat Free refried beans - 120 calories, lettuce
- Dessert - 1 sugar free icecream bar, 1 dark chocolate square, 6 strawberries
Tomorrow is official weigh-in day… i’m soooo exited. I know that i’m losing inches and gaining muscle! My clothes are fitting better by the minute & i’m alread down 1 pant size!!!
I thought that the water aerobics was gonna be easy, but man oh man… it was pretty intense!!! I’m really sore right now!!! And really tired… 8 hours of sleep… here I come…..
