Day 25
Here is Day 25 recap:
- 6.5 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- 10 minute warm up on treadmill, upper body weight training, volleyball (setting, hitting, bumping) w/ hubby. AWESOME workout!!!
- TOTAL minutes: 1:35:16
- TOTAL calories burned: 929 !!!!!
- 10,592 steps walked (2:27:06)
- Water- Good! about 10 (16.9 oz. bottles) = 169 oz.
- Eating- Very good.
- Breakfast- 3 egg whites, 1 egg, 1 slice of whole multi-grain bread, 1 oz of mozz cheese
- Snack - Kashi GOLean Crunchy Chocolate Almond
- Lunch - Wendy’s Mandarin Chicken Salad w/ almonds and 2 tsp of dressing (no noodles)
- Snack -10 strawberries
- Dinner - Turkey picadillo on a lettuce wraps
- Dessert - 2 Dark Chocolate squares
Today was one of those days… a day were I started second guessing myself and wondering if I was ever going to lose all this weight.
Why? I went shopping for a bathing suit.
(Didn’t buy one… the shorts & tank top will have to do for now)
I just kept on telling myself… ” Vilma, you’re doing fine… don’t get down… soon these things will fit & you will look HOT!
” I didn’t even feel like working out. I just wanted to stay home and feel sorry for myself…
I’m happy to say that I was able to conquer those negative feelings and drag myself to the gym. Once I got there, I felt much better & ended up having a great workout! So… for those of you who don’t see that light at the end up the tunnel yet… don’t lose hope! Keep doing what you are doing. Educate yourselves! Learn more about nutrition & fitness. Every day is a new day… You can do this!
