- Lunch - ground turkey burrito (WW tortilla)
- Dinner - 3 oz. chicken breast, 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 cup of vegetable mix, 1 TBSP olive oil, 1 TBSP bacon bits (all mix together
