Day 23
Here is Day 23 recap:
- 6 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- Lower body strength training w/ minimal rest in between reps. OUCH!
, Incline walking (5) on treadmill
- TOTAL minutes: 1:24:13
- TOTAL calories burned: 798
- 7684 steps walked (1:41:56)
- Water- Good! about 11 (16.9 oz. bottles) = 185.90 oz.
- Eating- Good
- Breakfast- 1 serving of High Fiber cereal, light soy milk, 2 eggwhites & 1 egg ,
- Snack - Yogurt & 14 almonds
- Lunch - ground turkey burrito (WW tortilla), 6 strawberries
- Snack - Kashi GOLean Crunchy Chocolate Peanut, 1 oz of low fat mozz string cheese, 10 strawberries
- Dinner - 1 serving of lasagna, side salad w/ croutons, 2 CC cookies, 1 dark chocolate square
- Snack - 3 TBSP of roasted almonds (120 calories), 1 serving of high fiber cereal
My goodness!!! I’m SORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Doug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was a GREAT workout. Thanks for telling me about it. My thighs & bum are screaming right now!!!
I did some streching when I got home but I know that I will be sore for the next two days.
