Day 21 - recap
I just wanted to say that today was not a good day.
The day started of pretty good until we came home from church… Those CHIPS!!!
. I did manage to get some exercise in which is about the only good thing I did today. ![]()
Anyhow… here is day 21 recap
- 7 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day: walk/run intervals on treadmill @ various inclines, streching, 1 mile walk on the track
- TOTAL minutes: 53:07
- TOTAL calories burned: 560
- 10,329 steps walked (2:19:14)
- Water - Good- about 10 (16.9 oz) = 169 oz.
- Eating - Not good
- Breakfast - Kashi GOLean Crunchy Chocolate Caramel Bar. Delicious!
- Snack - apple
- Lunch -Ground turkey (picadillo) w/ CHIPS
- Snack - more chips….
& 1 dark chocolate square - Dinner - 1 1/2 cup of strawberries & 4 CC cookies.
- Late Snack - a portion of lasagna…
I have no excuse for this … I do joke with my husband that he’s to blame because he’s the one that bought the chips.
He says that it was MY choice to eat them, which is true.
The way I’ve dealt with this food weakeness (CHIPS) is that I don’t buy them… Like the saying goes… “Out of sight, out of mind”, right?
So… I guess he’s partly to blame… HA! ![]()
Anyhow, I’m already paying the consequenses of this slip up. My stomach hurts, I feel blah, and I’m retaining water- I feel sooo bloated. ![]()
Tomorrow is a new day & week. I hope this has not set me back…
