Day 17-recap

My booty! My legs! My thighs! Oh my!!! ![]()
I have been soooo sore, but I thank you because i’m seeing changes in my body every day. One day soon I will have as much energy as both of you!
Anywho… I have many many things to do this afternoon so I won’t be able to update everything until tonight…
Here is Day 17 recap:
- 5 hours of sleep (I NEED to get more sleep!!!!!!!!) AHHHHHHH!!!!
- Calories burned- Spinning, Step Aerobics, Ab workout, & streching
- TOTAL time = 60 minutes
- TOTAL calories burned = 638
- Already have 5170 steps walked so far… will update tonight
- Updated steps: 8040 (2:04:06)
- Water- Very Good about 120 oz. so far
- Updated: More than 200 oz.
- Eating- Great! (Wasn’t really that hungry for some reason)
- Breakfast- 3 egg whites, 1 egg, 1/2 avacado,WW (Multigrain) tortilla
- Snack - yogurt, plum
- Snack - Almond, dried goji berries & dried cranberry mix
- Late Lunch - groud turkey on a WW tortilla/a couple of strawberries
- Dinner - 1 Fiber bar
As far as my 3 workout plan… well, um… that went down the drain!!! ![]()
I forgot that my DVD player is not working, so I didn’t do Turbo Jam, but I was still going to get up to go walking but I overslept! That’s what I get for not turning off the TV! I was planning to do some upper body weightlifting after CFP class but I just have so many things to do today that I won’t have time… i’ll try and get in some push ups & dips here and there and do my upper body lifting tomorrow.
Well, that’s it for now… gotta go do…. STUFF!!!!!!
