Day 16
Another 1/2 inch lost in my waist size!!! YAY!!!
I feel like i’m gaining a lot of muscle which is GREAT because muscle takes up less space than fat & burns a lot more calories!!!

I have school today, so I will be doing my workout after I finish. Here are my stats so far:
- 5.5 hours of sleep
- Calories burned- no workout whatsover today.
I’m still very sore from Monday’s workout!!! - Very very measley 2262 steps walked (0:45:27) Need to double up tomorrow.
- Water- Good about 200 oz.
- Eating- OK.
- Breakfast- 4 egg whites, 1 egg, 1 serving of Kashi golean cerial w/ Lite soymilk
- Snack - yogurt, plum
- Lunch - Homade chicken soup w/veggies & 1 cup of brown rice
- Snack - 2 small slices of pizza
(I know… I made a boo boo here) - Dinner - Chicken Breast, brown rice, green beans
- Snack - 1 cucumber & tomato
- Dessert - 2 Dark Chocolate squares
So… I didn’t do my planned workout today. Why? Because i’m lazy and i’m still sore from Monday’s workout. I should of still done cardio.
Bad Vilma!
Tomorrow i’m planning to double, even triple up on workouts… Why? Because i’m plain CRAZY!!! Crazy motivated to get my muscular & lean body ready for summer and beyond.
So…this is the “plan”
Get up extra early & do a Turbo Jam Workout, scheduled CFP workout at 1:00 pm & after that weights.
