So… today is the DAY. Weekly weigh-in & measurements. I’m scared… I feel as though I have not lost any scale weight but my clothes are starting to be not so tight anymore. ![]()

- 8 hours of sleep
- Calories burned- Played tennis for 1:22:02 minutes TOTAL caloreis burned: 788
- 5769 steps walked (1:30:27) - started counting after lunch, so it’s probably more than this.
- Water- Good! over 160 oz.
- Eating- Good.
- Breakfast-
no breakfast… on the run - Lunch- 4- 5 oz. of grilled meat, 1/2 cup of potato salad, 1 serving of chips, lettuce & tomato salad
- Snack - 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with 1/4 cup so Goji dried berries & 13 almonds
- Dinner - 3 oz. of chicken, 1/4 cup of brown rice, 1/4 cup of beans, onions, grean bell peppers, 5 green olives, 1 tomato
- Dessert - 2 Dark Chocolate Squares

Week 3 starts tomorrow!!! I need to take some pictures before I forget… will work on that this week.
