Day 13 - recap
Today is suppose to be my weekly weigh-in & measurements. I am going to do it tomorrow because that’s when i’ll have more time. For now, here are my stats:
- 8 hours of sleep
- Calories burned- no “official” workout today
- 7561 steps walked (1:55:10)
- Water- Good! over 160 oz.
- Eating- Just ok…
- Breakfast- 3 eggwhites, 1 egg, 1/2 of steel cut oats)
- Lunch- 3 oz. roistesirre chicken, 1/5 servings of hot cheetos
- Snack - Wendy’s Large chili w/ cheese
- Dinner - 1 WW chicken quesadilla (2 WW tortillas, 3 oz. of chicken, mozerella cheese) 1 avocado, serrano chiles
