Day 12 - recap
As promised, here is day 12 recap:
- 6 hours of sleep
- Calories burned- 615
- 8596 steps walked (1:51:39)
- Water- Excellent! over 160 oz.
- Eating- Good
- Breakfast- 4 eggwhites, 1 egg, 1 cup Kashi Go Lean, 1 cup of lite soy milk)
- Snack- cucumber, tomatoe & green olive salad, string cheese
- Lunch- Turkey Burger w/ mozarella cheese on an whole grain english muffin
- Dinner - 1 serving of Gnocchi pasta in a tomator mozzarella sauce w/ 3 oz. of chicken
- Snack - Went to denny’s and ordered a garden saldad w/ 2 stick of Garlic bread
