Day 11 - recap
Yup… why doesn’t it ever fail. Last night instead of going straight to bed, I headed straight to the kitchen and right into that bag of baked cheetos!!! ![]()
Two (or maybe even 3) servings at 12:30 am. I didn’t get to bed until 2:00 am, so that puts me at about 4 hours of sleep.
This day was just plain BLLLLAAAHHHH!!! No official exercise, bumbed around the house all day, and didn’t control what I ate.
Here is day 11 recap:
- 4 hours of sleep
- Calories burned- no official exercise today
- Get this… a whopping 3458 steps walked (0:56:58)
- Water- didnt keep track, it was more than the recommend 8 glasses of water, but less than what I usually drink a day.
- Eating- Terrible
- Breakfast- 4 eggwhites, 1 egg, 1 cup Kashi Go Lean, 1 cup of lite soy milk)
- Lunch- 1 WW enchilada (WW flour tortilla, Ground turkey, shredded cheese, enchilads sauce)
- Snack - 7 hershey’s kisses & 1 grilled cheese sandwhich, 1 bag of lite popcorn
- Dinner - 1 enchilada (Flour tortilla, Ground turkey, shredded cheese, enchilads sauce)
- Snack - 1 WW enchilada (WW flour tortilla, Ground turkey, shredded cheese, enchilads sauce)
Tomorrow is a new day. I will take advantage of that.
