Day 10 - recap
I’m feeling a lot better today. Not as sore or as tired as yesterday. I think my TOTM is near because I’m bloated and retaining water.
This is usually also the time when I lose my focus. I start craving & eating things that I shouldn’t be putting into my body. Self doubt starts creeping into my mind & sometimes i’ll just give up all together. Well, that’s not going to happen this month! I need to really focus, stand strong, and FIGHT!!!
I need to remember WHY i’m doing this… I’m doing THIS (losing weight, getting fit, eating healthier) to be healthy for myself, my husband & future baby #1.
Here is my day 10 recap:
- 5.5 hours of sleep
- Calories burned- 50 minutes of yoga & streching; 36 minutes of lower body strength training; Walking out side @ the track (1.5 miles in 24 minutes) = TOTAL 689 calories
- 10,147 steps walked (2:10:14)
- Water- alot!!! About 13 (20oz. bottles) = 260 oz.
- Eating- Good
- Breakfast- 3 eggwhites, 1 egg, 1 Kashi WW blueberry waffle)
- Lunch- yogurt, string cheese
- Snack - Healthy Choice Vegetable soup
- Dinner - 1 WW enchilada (WW flour tortilla, Ground turkey, shredded cheese, enchilads sauce) w/ 1/4 cup of FF refried beans & cucumbers
- Snack - Mix of almonds, cranberries, & goji berries
- Late night craving (dessert)
: Two (2) 65% Dark Chocalte squares
