Day 1 - recap
Day one is finally coming to an end. I’m exhausted! Now, for the recap:
- 6 hours of sleep
- 787 calories burned (1 hour 35 minutes of circuit training (strength & cardio)
- 4212 steps walked (1:05:04)
- Water- about (8) 20 oz. bottles = 160 oz.
- Eating-Excellent
- Breakfast-WW Egg burrito (2 eggwhites, 1 egg, 1 TBSP shredded cheese), apple
- Snack- 1 mozerella stick, 1 orange
- Lunch- 2 cups Healthy choice Fiesta Chicken
- Snack- 3 0z chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, salad
- Dinner- 1 turkey burger on Whole grain English Muffin with 1 oz. Mozz. Cheese
- Dessert- 2 Dark Chocolate Squares
