Day 14 - recap (updates)

So… today is the DAY. Weekly weigh-in & measurements. I’m scared… I feel as though I have not lost any scale weight but my clothes are starting to be not so tight anymore. :-)
So I think I have lost some inches… I really hope I did…

Here is the rest of Day 14 recap:

  • 8 hours of sleep
  • Calories burned- Played tennis for 1:22:02 minutes TOTAL caloreis burned: 788 :-)
  • 5769 steps walked (1:30:27) - started counting after lunch, so it’s probably more than this.
  • Water- Good! over 160 oz.
  • Eating- Good.
    • Breakfast- :-( no breakfast… on the run
    • Lunch- 4- 5 oz. of grilled meat, 1/2 cup of potato salad, 1 serving of chips, lettuce & tomato salad
    • Snack - 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with 1/4 cup so Goji dried berries & 13 almonds
    • Dinner - 3 oz. of chicken, 1/4 cup of brown rice, 1/4 cup of beans, onions, grean bell peppers, 5 green olives, 1 tomato
    • Dessert - 2 Dark Chocolate Squares

Week 3 starts tomorrow!!! I need to take some pictures before I forget… will work on that this week.

Day 5 - GOOD morning! :o)

Like I had previously mentioned… today my husband and I are going on our little “road-trip” to see a close friend. She’s having a sweet 16 party, so I will have no control on what is served to eat. Our hotel does have a little fitness gym, so I’m planning to use that tonight and tomorrow.

Good news! Since I started this blog (Monday-3/26/07) I have lost 2 pounds & and couple of inches! YAY!!!

As promised, here are my weekend stats- weight, waist, & hips (Complete stats will only be updated every 4 weeks)

Beginning: Weight 204 lbs ; Waist 39.5 inches ; Hips 48.5 inches ; BMI: 31.7; Body Fat % : 38.1

Current: Weight 202 lbs ; Waist 38 inches ; Hips 48 inches ; BMI: 31.4 ; Body Fat % : 36.3

The medicine must be working because i’m feeling soooo much better. Therefore, I will be making a little trip to the gym before getting ready for the road-trip.
