  • Exercise for the day- circuit training, played volleyball w/ hubby

  • Water- Good! about 10 (16.9 oz.) = 169 oz.
  • Eating-
    • Late Breakfast- 1 protein smoothie (about 350) cals
    • Snack - plum
    • Lunch- (Birthday celebration @ church) 1 & 1/2 pizza slices from pizza pros, 1 CC cupcake (200 calories)
    • Dinner - 4 oz. Chicken breast, 1/3 cup of beans, 3/4 cup of green beans, 2 TBSP salsa
    • Dessert -Crunch lite bar
    • Snack - Baked Cheetos w/ hot sauce (2 servings) :-(

  • ? steps walked- lost my pedometer :-(
  • Water- Good! about 10 (16.9 oz.) = 169 oz.
  • Eating-
    • Late Breakfast- 1 protein smoothie (about 350) cals
    • Snack - yogurt, almonds
    • Snack- Kashi GoLean crunch bar
    • Dinner (Cheat meal) - :-) - my sister in law’s baby shower (Had Brisket, 1/2 cup of frijoles charros, about 7 tostadas, 1/4 cup of macaroni salad, very small serving of cake & 1/4 cup of vanilla ice cream.)

I welcomed this day as my rest day… those water aerobics really had me tired & the weights & all the cardio that I did this past week as well. Tomorrow i’m planning to go to the gym to do a quick cardio workout & Monday I will start up with weights again…

It looks like i’m right on track on my fat/weight loss (about 2 lbs a week). I’m still losing inches and my clothes are fitting better and better each day. I want to start charting my calorie intake, so i’m working on a worksheet specifically for that. I want to do a type of zig-zag type of calorie intake (3 days low calories, 1 day high calorie) I might cycle my carbohydrates too… we’ll see.

  • 6 hours of sleep
  • Exercise for the day- Walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes (Dropped off car at Firestone & walked to Ft. Bliss tennis club. LOTS of hills were I live.) :D ; Played tennis for another hour.
    • TOTAL minutes: 1:30:46
    • TOTAL calories burned: 696
  • 10,329 steps walked (2:19:14)
  • Water- Good! about 11 (16 oz.) = 176 oz.
  • Eating- Good up until dinner!!! :-(
    • Breakfast- 1 serving of High Fiber cereal, ligt soy milk, 2 egg whites, 1 egg
    • Snack - 1 oz mozz cheese, 1 apple
    • Snack - chicken sandwich on Whole grain English muffinwith 1/2 avacado, lettuce, 1 oz. cheese, tomato
    • Dinner - 2 slices of pizza from peter piper pizza (1 pepperoni w/ stuff crust - for some reason they don’t have the nutritional value for that one… i’m guessing its more than 400 calories. YIKES! The other one was the sausage one.)
    • Snacks - Dont even get me started on this… all I will say is… CHIPS!!! My weakness. ** Note to self: NEVER let hubby go buy groceries again!!!!!! I also ate a Kashi GOLean Crunchy Chocolate Almond Bar & a grilled cheese sandwich .UGHHH!!!

I need to start hitting the weights more often… I also didn’t eat good towards the end of the day…. I’m kinda dissapointed but i’ll just treat this as a “cheat day” & get back on track tomorrow by eating really clean.
