Weekly Update - 7/26/2008
Hello!
Well, my friends… it’s time for those updated stats again.
I lost 13.5 lbs this past month!!!!! Yay! On top of that, I lost a whopping 24.5 inches all over my body!!!!!!! AWESOME! :-)
I have gone down 1 pant size and most importantly, my body fat has gone down by 5.4% . I’m am sooo exited and motivated to do so much more this upcoming month. I honestly think that i’s the b-ball that is helping a lot. It’s so much more funner than running and I burn up alot more calories.
Since my last update (6/28/08) this is what has happend:
Inches Lost this past week: 10.25 inches
Weekly Fat Lost TOTAL: 7.6405 lbs
Weekly Lean Mass Gain TOTAL : 2.6405 lbs
Weekly TOTAL Scale Weight loss: 5 lbs
So…. that’s it!
There are a few things that I would like to work on for this upcoming month of August.
- Eats, eats, eats! - I think these babies are the ones that are holding me back from reaching my FULL potential. Especially those night time munchies. I will be working on this extra hard this month.
- Weights - I need to bump up my weights from 1 day to 3 days.
- Sleep - aim for at least 6 hours every day.
