Blog Schedule
I remember seeing this idea used by a fellow blogger at Fit on a Budget & I thought it could get me started on getting organized and back on track for 2008.
So this will be the posting schedule for VP Health & Fitness for now:
Mondays: Weekly update on how i’m doing on my fitness journey
Tuesday: Any interesting article or news that is exercise and/or fitness related
Wednesday: Healthy Recipes
Thursday: Any interesting article or news that is related to nutrition
Friday: Other (Frugal living, Organizational Tips, Finances, etc…)
Saturday: My updated Stats & Measurements
Sunday: Day of rest
* I will also be posting Daily Journals here and there when I have something interesting to talk about or just feel like rambling.

Thanks for the reminder to get back to my schedule. I’ve been dealing with some other “stuff” and taken a couple of weeks off. I will have to get back to posting to make up for my time off.

Oh, you’re welcome Rachel. I saw your posted schedule a long time ago & thought it would be a good Idea for me to get one up as well because it will keep me organized & focused. Hope all is better.
