		<description>Hope you feel better very soon. Why dont you try some simple workouts that dont involve the ankle? Like a number of upper body exercises and just do lower body isolation movements. I once injured myself and went on to machines for sometimes rather than free weight and body weight...Found it to be helpful :)

		<description>I'm in the middle of a 10-day kick to jump-start my metabolism.  I guess I’ll avoid basketball until it's thru.  I don't know how bad your sprain is, but if there's any chance you can work out the rest of your body go for it.  I have to do calf raises on stairs to strengthen my ankles.</description>

		<description>I know how you feel. About 2 years ago I chipped my fibula after twisting my ankle badly in a kick-boxing class. I was unable to train for about 3 months, and then not properly. And when the weather is damp, it still hurts sometimes! 

Remember that it will get better though, so be patient, and be sensible - do not risking making it worse before it gets better!</description>
