		<description>Thanks Cynthia!  I sooooo love basketball and am having so much fun!  I know what you mean though, something is better than nothing.  I don't want to neglect the weight though, so I will need to find a balance and try and fit everything in without burning out.  I will probably blog on it a bit later.

		<description>I don't think there's a right or wrong way to lose weight... if basketball and running are where you're at right now, that's not a bad thing! The exercise you will DO is always the best bet. But sure, if you can add weights back in, that can't hurt.
