12/31/07 - Weekly Update
Well… another year has come and gone. There have been many things that I accomplished, and of course - a couple of things that I didn’t.
As some people say… I am now getting a clean slate. A new year to start off right & make things right. Sure, i’ll have my bad days, but I know that they’ll pale in comparision with my good days.
So… I officially have 74 lbs of fat that I would like to lose FOREVER.
According Sparkpeople, it will take me 9 months & 13 days to get there if I lose exactly 2 lbs a week. This year I will do it differently though. I will only weigh myself once a week and I am not going to focus on what they scale spits back at me. Instead, I will focus on clothing size, body fat % & girth measurements. In all honesty, I really don’t care how much i’ll be weighing when I am able to fit into size 4-6 jeans.
I know that I can do this, so please continue to read up on my journey because I have vowed to never give up — no matter how long it takes.
Starting Stats & Measurements will be up on Saturday as well as pictures & a possible video diary.
