10/11/07 Daily Journal
Well, my weight is down to 191 today but I still haven’t lost inches, so most of it might of been water weight. My eating was good again yesterday until the night where I went a bit crazy with the bread & cream cheese.
I’ve been trying to following a low carb plan, and have been doing fairly decent until I get to those night time hours and those munchies kick in like crazy! Maybe it’s due to the “BEAST” as my friend lovingly calls it aka. TOTM, but it stinks because I sabatoge my progress. I’m gonna need to learn to be more diciplined and start planning out my meals & emergency low carb snacks better so I won’t be caught in this predicament again.

Vilma, maybe you’re not eating enough during the day and that is why you get munchies later. Also do you have many fibrous veggies, especially at dinner? These are great for filling you up and slowing digestion down.

yeah…. maybe. Or maybe i’m not eating enough veggies. I’m pretty much wingin’ it and not planning out my meals or snacks, so I’m gonna have to start doing that asap so I can have success. Thanks for the advice & comment.
